Terms of use

Scope and eligibility

Access to the panel is provided for members of the Flame Integration Discord community and depends on your activity such as verified invites, boosts and roles.

By using the panel you confirm that you have the legal right to use it in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited from using similar services under applicable law.

Prohibited content and software

You must not host, upload, distribute or run any of the following:

• Malicious software such as viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, botnets, remote access trojans (RATs), keyloggers, stealers or similar tools primarily designed to harm or compromise other systems.
• Phishing pages, fake login portals, scam websites, social engineering kits or any other content intended to steal credentials, payment data or other sensitive information.
• Tools or scripts that are primarily designed for illegal use, such as credential stuffing tools, mail bombers, DDoS booters or stressers, unless you are clearly using them only in isolated lab environments that you fully own and control.
• Content that violates intellectual property rights, including pirated software, cracked licenses, leaked databases or other copyrighted materials shared without permission.
• Any content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to material related to child sexual abuse, terrorism, extremism, promotion of violence, sale of illegal drugs or weapons.

Network abuse and security

Any activity that harms or risks harming other systems, networks or users is strictly prohibited. This includes, for example:

• Unauthorised port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute forcing or exploitation of other systems or services without explicit written permission from their owner.
• Participating in or launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, traffic floods, amplification attacks or stress testing targeting external infrastructure.
• Using the service as a command-and-control server, proxy, relay or exit node for attacks, botnets or abusive traffic.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages via email, messaging platforms or social networks, including hosting mailing lists without proper consent.

You are responsible for securing your servers and software. Compromised servers may be suspended to prevent further abuse.

Reselling, sharing and commercial use

Rewards and resources obtained through the panel (servers, access, coins or other benefits) are personal to your account unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• You must not resell, rent, sublease or otherwise commercially resell access to the panel, servers or any resources obtained through it.
• You must not share your account or server access with third parties in a way that effectively provides hosting or proxy services to others.
• You remain fully responsible for all activity performed using your account and servers, even if you allowed someone else to use them.

Resource usage and stability

The service is shared between many users. You must not use resources in a way that unreasonably degrades performance for others. Examples of disallowed behaviour include:

• Running cryptocurrency miners or similar workloads that heavily and continuously consume CPU, disk or network resources without explicit permission.
• Generating excessive amounts of network traffic, connection attempts or disk I/O unrelated to normal server operation.

We may apply limits, temporarily restrict resources or shut down services if needed to protect overall stability.

Security of your account

You must keep your Discord account and any credentials used with the panel secure. If you suspect that your account or server has been compromised, you should inform the team as soon as possible so we can help investigate and mitigate potential damage.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access to the panel or servers, with or without prior notice, if we detect or reasonably suspect abuse, security incidents or violations of these terms or applicable law.

In serious cases we may cooperate with infrastructure providers or relevant authorities where required to investigate and stop harmful activity.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes can be announced on the panel or on the Discord server. Continued use of the panel after changes take effect means that you accept the updated terms.
